TWO FEATURE REQUESTS

I have two features I am requesting and I am very surprised that they are not already options.
1) The ability to create subfolders (folders inside of folders).
2) The ability to set permissions for who can access and edit my short links. We have a vey large organization and everyone can see and edit everyone else's shortlinks. There is no security at all.
