Right now we can turn ON/OFF either at the account level, broad wise, that would apply to all domains or at the link level.

The problem with the first option is that some urls that dont allow cloaking will fail.

It would be nice to being able to turn it ON/OFF at the domain level.

At particular use case is for Mass Creation. That would prevent us from having to check each clock box one by one.
